IRON ORE CRUSHING & PROCESSING PLANT

Put the 0.5-5 mm iron ore into the hopper, through the vibration motor vibrating material, the quantity can be made precise adjustment by hand wheel. By dragging the magnetic roller speed motor, the speed can be adjusted through the governor table, you can control the output and magnetic separator concentrate grade. Mineral particles are fed to the magnetic roller by conveyor to be sort.As iron ore mineral particles has magnetism,it is immediately adsorbed on the magnetic roller by strong magnetic field, while the gangue grains (miscellaneous stone, sand) has no magnetism (magnetic weak),it does not adsorbed by magnetic roller.Along with the rotation of the magnetic roller, mineral particles has been sucked in the magnetic roller, while the gangue grains is thrown off to in front of the compartment mine board when the magnetic roller to the front end position(by changing the angle of compartment mine board to adjust concentrate mine's grade), mineral particles continue to be taken off the magnetic roller then automatically fall into one volume anthology concentrate ore bucket to collect the finished product. Since the falling of the magnetic roller entrained gangue also has some weaker magnetic mineral particles, they will continue into the next magnetic roller for magnetic separation, magnetic separation of mineral particles into two finished anthology ore bucket to collect the finished product.The gangue was thrown out through tailings discharge port, thus magnetic separation process ends.

Liming is going to equip you a solution as the following: Vibrating feeder GZD1500X6000 feed the stone evenly and smoothly into the jaw crusher PE1200x1500, which will crush the stone from <940mm down to about 220mm as the primary crusher. Then belt conveyor will take the outputs of PE1200x1500 into the secondary crusher – 2 sets of European type impact crusher PFW1318III, to get further crushed down to about 40mm (or other sizes as the customer wanted), then the outputs of PFW1318III will be carried to 2 sets of vibrating screen 4YZS2460, to get separated into 5 kinds: 0-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-40, and >40mm. Electrostatic Air Filter (ESP) uses advanced electrostatic precipitator technology to purify smoke for textile fabric finishing (stenters), PVC leather/ gloves/ wallpaper/vinyl flooring production lines. Its oil mist purification efficiency is over 95%-99%, so no smoke can be seen at the outlet. 

For textile fabric processing industry, heat recovery can be done and some valuable oil can be collected to sell. For PVC production lines, much DOP oil will be collected and can be reused directly, which will take back the Electrostatic Air Filter (ESP) investment cost within one year. 


POLLUTANTS EMISSION DETAILS AFTER ESP INSTALLATION


Accoring to your customer’s demand, we made one (English version) for you to explain stenter exhaust air emission before and after installing our Industrial ESP based on one textile plant’s test report.

Emission concentration tested by turning on and turning off our Industrial ESP. The Particulate Emission Concentration is from 79.9mg/m3 to 7.62, 82.6 mg/m3 to 8.03mg/m3; Oil Mist Emission is from 86.5mg/m3 to 3.70mg/m3, 89.0mg/m3 to 4.26mg/m3. Therefore, we can see by using our ESP, the particulate removal efficiency is about 90% and oil mist removal efficiency is about 95%. 

Stenter Exhaust Air Composition is Organic Oil Vapors, Dyestuff Particulates, Finishing Auxiliary Mist, Lint and Dust.

Our Industrial ESP is also used to deal with smoke for PVC synthetic leather/vinyl gloves/PVC wallpaper/vinyl tile/PVC flooring mat/PVC flex banner/PVC conveyor belt/PVC air sock production etc. I also heard in Indiathere are many PVC synthetic leather and PVC wallpaper production plants. Can you contact such PVC products plants? If so, it will be easier to sell our Industrial ESP to them than textile fabrics processing plants because our ESP can collect about 200 KG DOP oil each day for PVC synthetic leather etc plants. The collected pure oil can be directly used in their production line, which will save them much cost each year, so they are very likely to install our industrial ESP.

For Industrial ESP, The particulate removal efficiency is over 90% and oil mist removal efficiency is about 95.5%. Each time our Industrial ESP installed in textile fabrics processing plants and PVC production plants, industrial ESP will be tested by local government and got approval.

The design of Electrostatic Precipitators is typically based on customer specifications: they include expected performances under different operating conditions of the industrial process. The design analysis starts from these operating conditions, to choose one or two worst cases: then the main geometrical and electrical characteristics of the ESP are defined by use of simplified collection efficiency calculations, basically derived by the manufacturer empirical measurements and experience.
This paper will illustrate the example of a real industrial Electrostatic Precipitator designed by Area Impianti and IRS for a Glass Factory.
The worst case main operating conditions are reported in
table 1: the customer specifications require a particle density at the ESP outlet lower then 30 mg/Nm3(dryat 8% of O2). The particle size distribution is characterised by a double distribution:
fine particles from the furnace, and course particles from the process reactions with
the additives. The ESP draft characteristics are reported in the second part of table 1.

BAG FILTERS/BAG HOUSES



The Bag house used for the fume extraction in Steel Plant have very specific design considering all parameters used in processing of the steel. 
Most baghouses use long, cylindrical bags (or tubes) made of woven or felted fabric as a filter medium. (For applications where there is relatively low dust loading and gas temperatures are 250°F or less, pleated, nonwoven cartridges are sometimes used as filtering media instead of bags.).Dust-laden gas or air enters the baghouse through hoppers (large funnel-shaped containers used for storing and dispensing particulate) and is directed into the baghouse compartment. The gas is drawn through the bags, either on the inside or the outside depending on cleaning method, and a layer of dust accumulates on the filter media surface until air can no longer move through it. When sufficient pressure drop (delta P) occurs, the cleaning process begins. Cleaning can take place while the baghouse is online (filtering) or is offline (in isolation). When the compartment is clean, normal filtering resumes.
Baghouses are very efficient particulate collectors because of the dust cake formed on the surface of the bags. The fabric provides a surface on which dust collects through the following four mechanisms:
  • Inertial collection - Dust particles strike the fibers placed perpendicular to the gas-flow direction instead of changing direction with the gas stream.
  • Interception - Particles that do not cross the fluid streamlines come in contact with fibers because of the fiber size.
  • Submicrometre particles are diffused, increasing the probability of contact between the particles and collecting surfaces.
  • Electrostatic forces - The presence of an electrostatic charge on the particles and the filter can increase dust capture.
A combination of these mechanisms results in formation of the dust cake on the filter, which eventually increases the resistance to gas flow. The filter must be cleaned periodically.
